Do not misuse the platform

  • Do not distribute malware, phishing material, credential-stealing content or malicious code.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, product capacity, tenant isolation, billing controls or other technical restrictions.
  • Do not probe, scan or access another customer’s data or product without explicit authorisation.
  • Do not use the service to impersonate a person or business, facilitate fraud, harass people, or publish unlawful content.
  • Do not upload content, personal data or media unless you have the rights and lawful basis needed to use it.

Business Website responsibilities

The customer is responsible for claims, pricing, images, contact information, privacy/legal documents and other public content published on the generated site. BADWEB’s initial content and structure do not remove the customer’s duty to review the live website before relying on it commercially.

Enforcement

BADWEB may restrict abusive activity or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, infrastructure or legal rights. Serious incidents may also be preserved or reported when required by law.
