Copyright & Intellectual Property

This page separates rights in the BADWEB platform from rights in content that customers bring to their own products.

BADWEB platform

Unless otherwise stated, the BADWEB platform software, original interface, product structure, documentation, original marketing copy and original visual assets are owned by or licensed to the BADWEB operator. Access to the SaaS does not transfer the platform source code, trademarks or underlying intellectual property to a customer.

Customer content

Customers retain whatever rights they already hold in business names, text, images, documents and other content they submit. The customer grants the operator and necessary service providers a limited licence to process that content only as needed to create, host, secure, transmit, display, transform and operate the requested service.

Responsibility for rights

Customers must not upload or publish material they are not authorised to use. If a customer asks BADWEB to use a logo, photograph, text or other protected work, the customer is responsible for having the permission needed for that use.

Third-party rights

Names and marks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Integration with a provider does not imply sponsorship or ownership of that provider’s marks.

Reports

A rights holder who believes material hosted through BADWEB infringes their rights can contact serjomicoyan@gmail.com with the work claimed, the specific URL or product, the allegedly infringing material and reliable contact information. The operator may request additional information before acting.
