Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern general access to and use of the BADWEB public website and SaaS platform. Paid subscriptions use the plan, price, recurring interval and cancellation terms shown in the billing flow before checkout.

1. Operator and scope

BADWEB is operated by serjo. These terms apply to the BADWEB public website, account area, website creation flow and services made available through the platform. The current public new-customer offering is Business Website with three capacity levels.

2. Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential and use the service only if you have authority to act for the business or organisation you configure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of suspected compromise.

Passwords are chosen by users during activation or recovery. BADWEB does not display a permanent generated customer password.

3. Trial

An eligible account receives one free trial under the platform’s trial rules. No card is required to begin the trial. The trial begins only when the created product reaches READY. The current Business Website trial is seven calendar days.

When selected-plan trial ends, free website access closes. Sign-in continues to offer the verified $1, $2 or $3 monthly Business Website plans so the same website can be reactivated through a confirmed Paddle subscription. selected-plan trial cannot be restarted or extended by changing plans, deleting an account or registering again with the same eligible identity.

4. Paid subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown for the selected Business Website level before checkout. The currently locked public prices are $1, $2 and $3 per month for Levels 1, 2 and 3. Currency is normally USD as configured by the platform.

Before checkout, BADWEB shows the selected Business Website level, exact monthly price, recurring billing interval and the applicable cancellation and billing terms. Payment is completed through the configured Paddle checkout.

5. Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation is performed through the account billing controls and is scheduled for the end of the current paid period. Access remains available through that paid period. BADWEB does not issue an automatic refund by default merely because a subscription is cancelled, subject always to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Product capacity

Capacity depends on the selected level. Attempts to exceed a level may be blocked by the product. Capacity is not a promise of unlimited storage, users, records or traffic. Published limits should be read together with the current product-level details shown by BADWEB.

7. Customer content and lawful use

You remain responsible for website content, images, contact data and other material you submit or publish, including having the rights and lawful basis needed to use it. You grant the operator and its service providers only the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, transform, back up where applicable, and display that material for the service.

You must not use BADWEB to distribute malware, violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, abuse infrastructure, bypass product limits or security controls, impersonate others, or interfere with other customers.

8. Availability and third-party dependencies

BADWEB is designed for production use and includes health checks and controlled provisioning, but no internet service can promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Operation may depend on infrastructure and service providers including PostgreSQL, AWS services, email delivery, DNS/TLS, Caddy and Paddle billing. Planned maintenance, incidents, provider outages or events outside reasonable control can affect availability.

9. Security

You must use reasonable account-security practices. BADWEB applies technical controls described on the Security page, but no security measure eliminates all risk. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or product has been compromised.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended where necessary to protect the service, other users, billing integrity or security, or where use materially violates these terms. Data is not automatically hard-deleted merely because a paid subscription ends; controlled retention and deletion rules apply.

11. Changes and notices

These general public terms may be updated as the platform changes. Material paid-plan terms are presented in the billing flow before checkout. The “Last updated” date identifies this public version.

12. Mandatory law and contact

Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive. No jurisdiction or venue is invented on this page; any governing-law term should come from the operator’s legally reviewed commercial documentation. Questions can be sent to serjomicoyan@gmail.com.
