Free trial
No payment card is required to start the trial. The Business Website trial starts when the product reaches READY, not while the system is still building, and lasts seven calendar days. If it ends unpaid, the account shows the exact level price and a final three-calendar-day payment deadline. Verified payment keeps the existing website; if no payment is completed by that deadline, automatic permanent cleanup begins.
Paid plan
If you choose to continue, the selected plan is billed monthly. Before checkout, the exact product, level, price, currency and recurring subscription terms are shown in the billing flow.
How cancellation works
Cancellation is requested from account billing. The subscription is set to cancel at the end of the current paid period; it is not an immediate destructive deletion. Access remains available through the paid period end.
Refunds
BADWEB uses a no-default-refund policy. Cancellation by itself does not automatically generate a refund. This does not override mandatory rights that applicable law grants.
Past-due and paid retention
Paid subscriptions have a configurable payment grace period, currently 72 hours, and a configurable post-entitlement retention setting, currently 30 days. Those paid-plan controls are separate from the exact three-day post-trial window. Data is not hard-deleted merely because the cancel button was pressed.
Data requests
You can download an account data export and submit controlled correction/deletion requests from the account. A deletion request can be subject to billing, retention, audit, integrity or legal requirements.
Account holders can use the account area for billing, security, support, export and controlled data requests.
