Account export
The account includes a self-service export path for account data. This gives the account holder a direct product control instead of requiring every data-access request to begin as an email conversation.
Correction and deletion requests
Authenticated account holders can submit controlled data requests for correction or deletion. The workflow records the request so it can be processed within the product’s security and audit boundary.
Retention is controlled
Unpaid Business Website trials use an exact three-calendar-day payment window after the seven-day trial. Paid-plan post-entitlement retention is separately governed by the configurable platform setting represented through the active platform profile. Deletion remains fail-closed around verified billing, integrity and applicable legal safeguards.
Subscription cancellation is not hard deletion
Ending renewal does not silently erase the customer workspace at the same moment. This separation helps preserve paid-period access and prevents a billing action from becoming an accidental destructive data action.
Customers also control records inside their website
A customer remains responsible for records and content it creates in Business Website and for any legal retention duties that apply to those records. Platform controls support the workflow but do not invent the customer’s lawful retention period.
